Tony Khan running for Congress

Running as a Democrat against John R. Don’t see any information on what his platform or polices are. Kind of surprised didn’t think the Khans had interest in politics. Hopefully this keeps boy wonder away from the team

Gotta give the kid credit.  If I were Shad's son, I probably would have ended up a rich, unemployed, spoiled brat, perhaps dating Lindsay Lohan or something.  Tony definitely has a lot of ambition.

Interesting. We know Shad has donated to Republican candidates. The son has a mind of his own.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

Why? It seems like he's the only one down there with the sense to run a sports franchise.

Probably more likely that he's smart enough to recognize that Dems and Repubs are so much the same that it blows my mind to see people here losing their minds about the other side.

The hard core communists are in charge of the government and here I am with taxes still the same, no socialized medicine, and big business still running the show. What?

Totally agree. We would have been a respectable team 7 years ago if his ambition and energy were running things.

He took PFT to the woodshed, LOL. Bunch of hot airheads over there anyway. Was glad to see them banished to Peacock or where ever the heck they ended up.

Totally disagree he wants to play moneyball and use analytics to justify bargain basement players, that’s literally never worked in the NFL

Where do you get that idea from? Analytics doesn't mean cheapest and cost has zero bearing on drafted players.

When he was advocating Gabbert was the most accurate passer if we could block for 2.1 more seconds he lost me.

So nothing about cost or "bargain basement", just his expression of a particular statistic in an interview from 10 years ago? Hmmm.

They're at Peacock. We got it for the month to watch the Olympics and noticed PFT in the sports section. I haven't felt the need to take advantage of that "perk" for the month. A bunch of jabber jaws.
