The US Department of Homeland Security has warned that a convoy of truckers protesting against Covid-19 vaccine mandates could impact the Super Bowl.

The department said a protest similar to ongoing demonstrations in Canada could start in California in the coming days, and then travel to Washington DC.

Truckers protesting in Canada's capital Ottawa have been blocking main roads.

The Super Bowl, the final game of the US National Football League, is planned for Sunday 13 February in Los Angeles.

In a bulletin issued to law enforcement agencies across the US, the department said it had received reports of truck drivers planning to potentially block roads in major cities in protest against mandatory Covid vaccinations in their industry.


As I mentioned previously I would prefer the truckers protest at their state capitols, not DC. Keep money spent on gas, food and lodging out of DC and keep in local economies. Also, I'm not in favor of truckers blocking roads. People who have nothing to do with the mandates still have to get to work and do life. Trucks interfering with roads, streets, bridges and borders are not doing anyone any good. 

Also this tidbit from the article.... The department told the BBC it was "tracking reports of a potential convoy" but that it had "not observed specific calls for violence". To my knowledge there has been no violence in Canada on the part of the convoy. There is an antifa idiot who has been charged with a hit-and-run.

I don't know how they can do much unless they block entry points to parking and the stadium. They won't be close enough to impact the game but could potentially shut down fans getting there. Supposedly there are trucks on the way but I haven't seen anything verifiable.

The protest in Canada isn't keeping people from getting to work. They have planned it very well to leave lanes or other roads open to allow emergency vehicles to get through. If they wanted too, they could block all entry into the city as they have enough trucks outside the city right now. The border crossing have been blocked or somewhat blocked. That's not a huge deal as cars can still cross and a lot of trucks aren't going to cross anyways right now.

It's Ontario, I think it was the police chief or whatever the title is there started the process and they got some court to freeze the funds. Givesendgo or whatever they are using now said they aren't a Canada company and don't care about the ruling so they are continuing to release funds.

They are shutting another border crossing down today. Detroit has 2 crossing but the main trucker route is closed. The other is open but very backed up.

I saw some stuff where the truckers are cleaning the bathrooms, sweeping, etc in the restaurants that are staying open. Trash is picked up downtown, crime is down, homeless have food, etc. Basically it's better than its been downtown in a long time. Just like normal for any conservative gathering vs a liberal gathering where they always trash the place.

Looks like the US will happen. They are going to start in March but who knows how large it will be. If it starts strong, I bet it picks up fast.


This was the court ruling today. Previously the police chief used some rule to label them terrorists or similar so they got go fund me to shut it down. Then they moved to the Christian org and raised all the money back the was previously removed.

As previously detailed, the Ford government took legal action to freeze the funds, which was followed up by a ruling by the Ontario Superior Court.

According to a statement: "Today, the Attorney General brought an application in the Superior Court of Justice for an order pursuant to section 490.8 of the Criminal Code prohibiting any person from disposing of, or otherwise dealing with, in any manner whatsoever, any and all monetary donations made through the Freedom Convoy 2022 and Adopt-a-Trucker campaign pages on the GiveSendGo online fundraising platform.

"This afternoon, the order was issued. It binds any and all parties with possession or control over these donations."

That is old news. He announced this morning he is declaring a state of emergency and they are going to try and use force. Little Castro rallied everyone last night after he got his marching orders. They are going to try and end it now but they don't realize what is going to happen.

The truckers aren't leaving until they can get the powers removed or the people removed who enabled the lockdowns. Most of them have already lost things because of the mandates, firing them, removing licenses, etc don't matter to them. If they round up the truckers, that will just cause the trucks to sit there. The trucks could quickly be disabled and they can't get any equipment to tow the trucks. This could be an interesting weekend.

They have threatened to remove kids from families and now moms may potentially get involved and start a van convoy.

I keep seeing this phrase in different articles and while it is a true statement it disregards the reason this began in the first place- vaccine mandates for truck drivers who cross the border. Yes it grew from there, but the main reason for the protest is still in place. Until that specific mandate is removed nothing is resolved. 

This is a pefect example of how MSM lies by omission by not giving all the facts of a story. And they do it all the time.

That article doesn't present any of the actual facts. They have APCs, militarized police, snipers on buildings. They have yet to clear anything as they haven't gotten to the bridge. There's no way to clear things of vehicles if they are parked like they are.

The only facts they mentioned is some people left.
