Very disappointing move. Now, if we don't trade for one of the Seattle WR's, this free agency period is gonna be a failure. There isn't a single FA WR that I believe would significantly help this offense. If we don't get a premier WR via a trade, I'd rather just draft 3 WR's and roll with them. No need to waste FA money on receivers that are not much better than what we already have.

Collins didn't play in 2020 and was on IR and he's a known doper in the NFL now after missing 5 games with a suspension last year. Too risky for this roster at the moment on a guy like that. He actually seems very immature with his decision making. He went M.I.A. while a little known receiver named Darnell Mooney thrived in the same offense. You can't blame Robinson's failures last season on having a rookie QB when Mooney came out of nowhere in the same offense to have a very good season. The truth is that Robinson is on the decline and just can't get open like he used to. We already have receivers that can't get open. We don't need another one. Worst to 1st. Curse Reversed!
My big worry is all of the options in free agency, is dj chark would be a better option than all of them, no doubt Robinson is a better wr but at 28 common sense would suggest dj has a better 4 years than a rob does going forward. So what ever we do if we let dj go we’re weakening our biggest weakness

Was he bad cause he was playing hurt, was he bad because it was an awful situation and he was frustrated, was he bad because he's aged some and taken a beating and just doesn't have as much left in the tank? It's a scary question.

Agreed, but there's nothing else out there and it's hard to count on a rookie WR or two to step up big when we won't even be drafting one until at least pick #33. I just don't see how this offense makes a significant turnaround without getting Trevor a veteran #1 receiver.

Cooper was traded for a fifth round draft pick while we offered a fourth and a sixth.

That's why we need to go after a true #1 receiver as well. No we don't. I don't wanna be on the hook for the type of big contract he's gonna want when he doesn't make this team significantly better.

I like if my player is banged up and goes out there and plays to give his team a chance. Not to mention he didn't have a QB. Hopefully we get ARob then you can cry about it lol
