Sorry if covered elsewhere, but the Jaguars cut Dylan Moses yesterday.

Very surprised!  Thought he was a "jar on the shelf" as Vic Ketchman used to say.  Was hoping he'd have a successful recovery from his injuries to shine, especially since we are so drastically thin at LB.  I guess the doctors determined otherwise.

@on the plus side, we could get a traffic cone from I-95 to replace the production lost by this move.@

All kidding aside, hope he lands on his feet, poor kid basically lost a career thanks to an injury.

Crazy how an injury can just destroy everything one has worked for throughout the past 15 years of playing football.

Last year there were reports that he just wasn't showing up, apparently it really irked Myles. Once I heard that I gave up hope.

Yeah maybe more to the story than the injury itself.

wow ... the Bama alums have recently proved to be pretty solid so i'm kind of surprised (definitely not shocked) if discipline was his downfall.  Oh well.

Oh, I thought most here agreed those reports were fake news? It looks like it wasn't so...

Yeah, I wonder what the deal is?
Wonder if that locker room video from week 17 last year indeed revealed a lack of commitment?
Would have been nice to get some contribution from him.
ILB2 was already considered a need, but this makes it even more certain.

Maybe he just can't play anymore.

The video was pretty condemning on what the players thought of him. To lose that much respect when you’re not even playing there was obviously somethings going on that vets didn’t like from him

What video is everyone talking about? I haven't heard anything about it. Can someone post it, please. Thanks.

That part about Moses starts at around 1:10. There is some language in it so just a heads up.

Some of the news here is actually Lake News.  Like when Denard Robinson (offensive weapon) drove his vehicle into a retention pond at 3am.  https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/sheri...to-a-pond/

We also have Bake News.  Like when our kicker and punter were severely burned when they spilled a pot of fondue.  https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-...is%20month.
