I hope he knows what he's doing . . . the fact that he's been with SF for 17 years tells me he's probably a Baalke chrony, and he's an assistant GM so he's not going to manage Baalke, he's just going to be Baalke's water boy.

Seems talented and experienced, but gotta think it's mostly just a Baalke yes man.

Promised an EVP above Baalke and an assistant GM below him to keep him reined in, wind up with one lackey below him.

I would expect absolutely nothing else from Khan.

Exactly, that's him.  He'd be pretty hard to confuse for mistaken identity considering there are so few dark skin execs in the NFC West.  Wonder if Byron is pissed that we didn't hire him but got his preferred GM.

You're confusing everyone.  They hired Ethan Waugh of the 49ers and not Adrian Wilson of the Cardinals.  Ethan Waugh has no connection to Byron Leftwich.

Khan is a genius trying to MIB Neuralize the fan base. We are the clowns for accepting it. I hope the team succeeds anyway but just thinking more head scratching is coming soon.
