Excuse me, prosecuted over discussing abortion pills.

In addition to other more serious charges.

Are you really going to use this monstrous act as a hill to fight on?

My daughter died at 20 weeks, she was developed enough to where we had to bury her. She was diagnosed with Dandy Walker syndrome and the Doctors convinced my wife and I to get a shot in her stomach for a test with a 50-50 chance of death, but the benefits of the test would have been overwhelmingly positive in her favor. So after we prayed about it, we decided to give her every opportunity we could for a better life. Unfortunately and devastatingly she died the next day. Point being, at 20 weeks, she looked like a baby, albeit very tiny, but a baby nevertheless. Abortion is murder, you are killing a viable human life...I have no sympathy for these teenagers...

Again you are wrong.  The teenage girl is charged with "removing, concealing or abandoning a dead human body" (felony), "concealing the death of another person" (misdemeanor) and "false reporting" (misdemeanor).

Her mother (not a teenage girl) was charged for the same crimes along with "performing or attempting an abortion on a pregnancy at more than 20 weeks" (felony), and "performing an abortion as a non-licensed doctor" (felony).

The "discussing abortion pills" was only evidence of the latter two crimes the mother is charged with.

You are essentially spreading "fake news" by saying a teenage girl is being prosecuted for "discussing abortion pills".

I'm sorry for your loss.
Pro choice people like to portray themselves as victims and pro life people as aggressors, but they fail to understand that many people have become pro life precisely because they've had a trauma like this in their family life.

I know that, but he's posting that because he feels like this should fall under the scope of abortion when it shouldn't. It's a perfect example of how people get duped by their own rhetoric.

I have always been pro-life, I became militant about it at the age of 22 when my ex aborted our child and I could do nothing to stop it, I had no say and no power to save my babies life. Then the wench actually got mad at me for not going with her...

Anyway, thank you for your kind sentiments

The "list" is this post, just noting what someone is indirectly saying.

Putting you down for "just fine with murdering babies."

Hey, if you're fine with the government telling people what to do with their own bodies that's fine, just own it.

Should compulsory vaccination be next?

I'm fine with the government telling people they can't murder.

And no, government compulsory vaccination should not be next.

Even so, I would prosecute this girl in Nebraska.  She had 20 weeks to seek a legal abortion and she would have known she was pregnant for most of that time.

One of the problems with that line of thinking is the unequal protection under the law. Women of means can just go somewhere that abortion is completely legal, right up to birth, while a child like the one in question doesn't have means and is instead forced to incubate a foreign entity against their will due to where they live.

Abortion is legal where she was…she just waited too long to avail herself of it. You’re really stretching yourself with this case.

I do think it's weird that she buried a fetus body, however, I also think the police shouldn't be going to Facebook and taking people's private information because they reportedly had a miscarriage.

I'll just put you down for yes to police state as long as there was a miscarriage.

You missed the part where they received a tip telling police they improperly disposed of the remains…which is what they were charged with btw, not for having an abortion. They’d have been charged with the same thing if she really had had an abortion.
