I agree with you, but speed is just one factor of the bigger picture. Any 50/50 ball thrown towards Mike Williams is gonna come down with Mike. He is definitely a deep threat, he does not need the same separation other smaller and speedier receivers can achieve.

I mentioned he has the size, but Campbell has pretty good size to go along with the speed along  with the athleticism if he needs to get up.  Chargers haven't really been beating teams with the deep ball so hopefully that doesn't change when they play us

I think we can exploit the right side of the Chargers oline. Hopefully Walker has himself a day. They don't have that much of a threat with their interior pass rush which is our weakness on our oline so that's a good thing. Bartch and Fortnter has faced Payne, Allen, and Bucker the first 2 weeks, the Chargers DTs should be a little bit easier matchup for them

I'm sensitive to that because he's been arguing with Mods so a ban could be seen as unfair and a confirmation of his trolling opinions.

Who cares if he's a troll? Trolling shouldn't be a bannable offense. Who says he's trolling and they aren't his actual opinions? Banning people because they do not share the same opinions as the majority of the board is wrong in my opinion. Get enough people together and they can disagree with a correct opinion, label a lot as a troll and boom banned. If an example is needed, simply Google cancel culture. If people don't like what he says, block him.

Spraying the same opinion in every thread like some feral cat is not playing by the rules, if memory serves.

We've (the board membership, collectively) called out others about this in the past too, it's not just a differing opinion.

Much like last week, ball control and sustained drives are going to be the key. The D will have to step up early so the game remains close. If we fall behind, their pass rush will be able to pin ears back and that won't bode well.

I hope that we can keep it close, but I doubt we leave LA with the dub,. 27-17, bolts.

If we can get ahead early, say 14-0, we can beat them in a close game. This is not a team that is built to come from behind, it's a defense first team. Allen out and Herbert thinking about sore ribs can only help.

At this point, given the past decade, I don't even recall winning anywhere, except for Pittsburgh (which the Jags somehow seem to thrive in their environment).

I went to the 33-14 loss in 2014. We lead 14-10, until the predictable unraveling of Bortles and the defense took place. Still an awesome day in the stands with family and sunshine (and low humidity). That stadium is long gone now, just a parking lot.

I’ve never fully understood why San Diego let the Chargers go. I know there was some issues about a new stadium. Did the Chargers have much of a fan base?
