Not sure how I feel about this. The property is way underutilized in its current buildout and I'm confident whatever he builds will be upscale, but there's a lot of history there too.

Incredibly valuable real estate. Word is they will try to keep Lemon Bar mostly intact or in the spirit of it's current iteration. The hotel will assuredly be very different - as it should be for that space. |
