58 pass attempts - zero sacks

#1

The Jaguar defense allowed old man Ryan to set a new career high in completions. He got hit a few times. The story of the game is 0 sacks. This teams pass rush scares nobody. The front 7 was good the first few weeks but have fallen off. This team will continue to struggle until they solve the pass rush.

Josh Allen sure isn’t playing like he wants to get paid.

He'll go to New England and get 20 sacks.

This lack of pass rush is a real issue and needs some attention. We just don't get it done with the 4 up front. Peserson really needs to address this before we keep getting torched each week.

Allowed 34 points and got exactly zero sacks… even though they passed all day long.

Disappointing game from Travon yet again and Josh.

No sacks last week either

No pressure up the middle. Make Matt Ryan have to move and you can beat him.

Defensive Tackle is a position of need.

We technically don't play dt.  We play ends and nose.

Less talking, more action, Travon.  Step your game up next week and keep your mouth shut.

OK.   Interior defensive pressure is a must. How do we get pressure up the middle? Blitzing our LBs didn't work, and resulted in the middle space being open.

Of the 58 passes probably 80% were the same pass play, short pass across the middle.  I would think an average defense would figure out how to defend it.

He can't even get to a sitting duck other than drawing a big penalty

Yup. He needs to lay low this week and do his job.

Agreed.  2nd unnecessary roughness penalty against him in 2 weeks...but no sacks.

He's young, but he needs to be smarter.   And shut his mouth.

Why do these people even bother talking?  Don't be ignorant and promise what you might not be able to deliver, not to mention providing bulletin board material.  We aren't a good enough team yet to even warrant that. Just do the talking with your playing.
