Considering the giants passing attack, our secondary should be licking their chops to get out there and have a bounce back game as well.

if you just cursed it by bringing it up....

an odd stat, certainly. how relevant it is? debatable.

Barkley just going to run all over us most likely. Jones is mobile enough for the secondary to fall apart.

Depends on if we have Fatukasi and Hamilton.  I think we need both to win this game.  If one is out we are in trouble

Hopefully Herndon can make the most of his opportunity this Sunday. I still would like to understand why they're not playing Darious Williams outside and Herndon or someone else at Nickel.

Sucks having Agnew out. Just can't seem to catch a break health wise. They need to be looking at speedy, specialty type players in the draft next year just to be safe. Josh Downs, Jermaine Burton & Jalin Hyatt have really good speed.

I’d like to see ETN in the slot some assuming they’ve worked on that. Use him on a jet sweep or quick hitter. Supposedly he was working with the wrs in camp. He could even start in the backfield w JRob and motion to the slot. Him motioning should clue the offense into what the D is running as well.

I agree. That's overdue. With the Giants being overly blitz happy this might be the game to do just that. Work him out of the backfield and quickly. He's been getting better and better each week.

It's almost like they're trying to feature him more than James Robinson.

I’d love to see them try and get him in space and take advantage of his speed. One cut and go type situations.

Hey I’m in on this idea! Etienne in the slot could put in that work. 2 back set with Robinson and Etienne, with Etienne motioned out to the slot. You could get very creative on that set.

If they can just find ways to get him in open space he’s gone. That would also take 1 LB out there with hun, which could create lanes for JRob.

Love this idea

Edit: just saw where Herndon will be the starter at CB this week against the G-men. I just want him to play solid football. Don’t be a hero and just do your job and don’t let anything behind you. I’ll gladly take a holding or pass interference instead of a long touchdown any day.

I hope we don't do the exact same thing we did against the Colts.

Spend the entire week focusing on stopping their running attack, then they dink and dunk us to death with short passes over the middle of the pitch.

MAKE ADJUSTMENTS BASED ON WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE GAME PLEASE!!!

Brandon Scherff is no longer that dude.   Next season I want him gone.

Because ETN seems more explosive and getting way more yardage

What the heck?  Pitch?  Freaking British wannabe soccer fans ruining this board!!

Just kidding Smile

I see with your logo that you get it...  I said a short time back that we need to be playing Steeler football, because Jaguar football has become historically bad football.  Those guys haven't had a losing season in like 15 years!!  Not sure how that's even possible even with Big Ben as your QB.
Or are you some sort of double agent Steeler fan?

Big Grin

OT:   I was introduced to Fulham 5 years ago on a soccer/football podcast where they were talking about Ryan Sessegnon and Tim Ream.   From there I read up on Mr. Shahid Khan...liked his story and became a fan of Fulham.

I've been a Steelers' fan since Super Bowl X.     I was 9.

I'm originally from Virginia and never had a liking for the  Washington Red... so I became a Steelers fan.
