So out of the blue, two of my better friends start texting the three of us back and forth about getting together for a golf trip.  First it was Reno, where one of the friends is located.  But we decided it was too cold.  Then they decided they were going to come here.  Then suddenly decided they’d rather go somewhere ‘different’.  Long story short, we’re going to AZ from 11/10-11/14 for golf and ridiculousness.

On a related note, I already know where the dispensaries are.

I can’t agree more.  I’d definitely love to be there and live off the land.  Hopefully no trespassers add to my caloric intake.  I’m on a diet.

I would love to live there with a well-stocked Publix just down the road.

I don’t blame you one bit.  The time I did in Hilliard/Callahan was awesome.  We were on a nice spread.  But the convenience of having groceries, doctors, and job/commute nearby were long and gone.  

I’d love to have a nice spread in my current area and keep my local Publix and doctors.  But the land is too expensive in my parts. I wish I can have the land and convenience.

I’ve been to Giant as a kid.  Cubs foods too.  But I can’t remember if that was PA or IL.   I was born and raised I’d Pa.  A bit too young to really form an opinion about it.   But I’ve been there many of times.

A Georgia TikTok user says two men discovered they were both fathers to a young girl when they came to pick her up from the school where she works.

In a series of videos posted by @Sheena_20200 – who FOX 28 reported said works in the front office – the men came in before dismissal earlier this month – each claiming the girl was their daughter and that they wanted to check her out for the day.

"And so, they both look at each other, and the dad was like, ‘Why are you checking my child out? Who are you?'" Sheena Jackson said in the video.

"And he was like, ‘Who are you?' What do you mean? I’m her dad,'" the other reportedly responded.

Jackson said that both of them were listed as emergency contacts for the girl and that their IDs had been checked...

....is it weird that the most distrubing thing I find in this story is that school staff are posting tiktoks about the kids in school?

I'd want that turd fired on the spot if my kid were in this school.

Got home last night. Drive straight through again.. I'm absolutely wore out. Been driving almost non-stop since we left last Saturday..

Great trip though.. Got to see her family on the western side of PA and my side of fam on the eastern side of PA.. Got to see my old stompin grounds that I haven't seen in over 40 years. Bangor, Portland all through The Wind Gap and The Delaware Water Gap.

Back story on Burt.. My uncle is a chef. Damn good one. He studied and worked at The Left Bank in Paris for a long time. Had his own cooking show, cooked for Presidents and was the personal chef for Bob Hope and Fred Waring. So, he was supposed to dress and cook this duck one day, and the duck kinda took to him. So my uncle couldn't cook him and he's been a family pet for about 7 years now haha
