I understand all of the business reasons why you make the trade, but you are a worse team when you lose someone of his character. Let’s see who they bring in to fill his open roster spot and how Hasty and Snoop do with the added reps.

I guess bottom line for me now is that I don't see how this move makes us better, for now or in the long run. Unless JRob really was a divider in the locker room, but that doesn't fit his personality.
