I just know it was the most exciting game since the Jags playoff win at Pitt with BORTLES. (Phone still autocorrect BORTLES to all caps).

There have been wins since that playoff game but this one was by far my favorite since and it’s not particularly close.

We tend to have fun games against Baltimore now that I think about it, remember the london game where Bortles had 4 TDs and Flacco had negative yards in the first half. 

Hell, do you remember the MNF game where Baltimore had negative yards in the first half and we beat them with Gabbert lol. I bet Ravens fans hate us lol

They do. And the game where Dumerville had a bad facemask against Bortles with no time on the clock which set up a Jason Myers game winning field goal. I was at that game in Baltimore and they were certainly mad but most people felt bad that I was a Jags fan hahaha

It's inexplicable isn't it?  Some teams just have another team's number.  We always play the Ravens tough.  

But there's a monkey paw to such things...  And that monkey paw is called the [BLEEP] texans.  It never [BLEEP] fails.  No matter how [BLEEP] the texans are, we will lose to them.  But the gods smile upon us against the Baltimore.

I have good seats in 105, but was gifted great seats for this game in the friendzone right up on the railing in the south end zone pretty much under the crossbar. Although you can see the field better from 105 and elsewhere in the stadium, what a great experience and what a game for it!  Could tell Tucker’s kick wasn’t gonna make it almost right away.

I knew it wasn't going to make it before he even kicked it and was shocked at the stupidity of the Ravens to even try - told my season tickets pals as much before the kick.  Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, until they start allowing steel kicking shoes or robotically enhanced kicking legs, is making a 67 yard field goal at sea level!!!!!!!  
Almost felt like the Ravens were throwing in the towel when they trotted their FG team out... They would have had a much better chance, and certainly would have worried me more, if they had attempted a hail mary.

Well he'd made a 66 yard one against Detroit so if you weren't at least a tiny bit concerned, you weren't paying attention. Yeah it was indoors and he bounced it off the cross bar but still he obviously has enough leg talent that it was possible. I was holding my breath.

Well he'd made a 66 yard one against Detroit so if you weren't at least a tiny bit concerned, you weren't paying attention. Yeah it was indoors and he bounced it off the cross bar but still he obviously has enough leg talent that it was possible. I was holding my breath.

I was quite surprised that he kicked that one as far as he did in Detroit, but it was indoors and nice and dry.  He would have needed the perfect big gust of wind at just the right time to make this one - his ball dropped a full 5 yards short Sunday.

Frangie doesn't bother me as much now as he did when he started. He can at least get the words out now. I think he tries to put to much into dramatic momentd though and like you say, it comes out a little forced. Sexton wasn't any better though and he had a level of arrogance added to the mix. Still does in fact.

I agree, but it is my understanding that Frangie bought the play by play duties.  I'm not sure how that works, but that's what I heard.

Correct, Frangie is co-owner of Seven Bridges Radio which owns 1010XL. As part of the "Official Station of the Jacksonville Jaguars" contract FF got the be the PbP guy.
