he has been playing great lately, it's the defense that's letting us down the last 2 games and of course the playcalling. you don't call a short pass on 3rd and 16 giving the tacs the ball again, given the way henry is just eating us up alive and of course our defense is playing its part, which is rolling over and playing dead, letting them do anything in the playbook they want to.

I really dislike Pederson's offensive philosophy. Too horizontal, relies too much on screens, isn't physical upfront, too much misdirection, etc.... if you have one bad play in a drive, it is often too hard to recover. Fall behind the sticks and you can't make it up. Every drive has to be executed to near perfection. When run really well it can be effective. But it's hard to consistently be executing at perfection and I just don't find it enjoyable to watch.

I know ive defended the defense this year, and they were up and down most the year. But what the [BLEEP] is going on the past two weeks?

The run defense was ranked in the top ten 8 of the first 10 games in several categories.

The pass defense got exposed vs vs Philly in week 4 and has continued to be exposed since. 

How the run D has gotten to such a lesser state, I don't know.

Its the play calls today. They are calling quick [BLEEP] to avoid getting Lawrence hit. This o line is weak. You were right. Its obvious now as they face more competent front fours. Lawrence makes them look better.
