The step and collapse was weird. Too far away to tell from the prime vision replay. Could just be bad ankle sprain. Will probably depend on the MRI. EDIT: On few replay rewatches now, it does look more like Achilles.
Smoot just walked behind Trevor during TNF interview on Prime. He was on crutches. Yikes.

And the final week of the season is week 18 not 17. Yeah I’m not saying don’t try to win and to rest everyone. I agree with trying to win and keeping the momentum going, but I might pull guys in the 3rd quarter or at half time. But regardless of all of that, if Tennessee loses on Saturday and we lose for whatever to the tinhorns next week, it will not have mattered regarding playoff implications. Week 18 will almost certainly be a de facto playoff game against the tacks.
Had no idea Foye had a clothing line. My wallet is about to get lighter...
That is the sweatshirt that Trevor is wearing. https://www.foyeoluokun.com/ (12-23-2022, 12:54 AM)Rockman1966 Wrote: Smoot just walked behind Trevor during TNF interview on Prime. He was on crutches. Where's that coward ozjohnnie to tell us how wilson is better than lawrence?

I was never one to join the torch and pitch fork crowd that manifested around here on the regular for the heads of coaches and GMs, but we need to round up a posse and bring him in. Okay so there are a few studies on Achilles repairs for NFL players. DL actually have a higher success rate of returning to the NFL than many other positions. But the median recovery is longer and closer to 1 year than like 10 months for some others. So, conservatively, if that is the injury then Smoot is done for both 22 and 23. So he would be likely coming back for in 24 at 29 yo.

Bad timing for Smoot. Not sure what the coaches were thinking leaving all the starters in there until the last 2 minutes. That being said, Wingard was the only one that looked like he wanted to tackle that random QB that came in and was fixing to lead a comeback on us.

With a 46 man active roster, you can't bench all your starters. 2. It was a non-contact injury. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Welp we know who to blame for Riley missing that kick...

Regarding the Smoot injury, it looks like they will need to look at other teams Practice squads to find a guy no matter what for the next few weeks.
Gotsis may be able to fill in for few snaps, but not a lot. I don't know enough about NIck Thurman on PS to know if he can fit that role. Unless this gives Caldwell more reason to try Travon there, who will hopefully be healthy after the mini bye. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

Chassion is not the answer lol Yeah. He's a little too light in the [BLEEP] to hold that down. However, if we get Travon Walker back and he's ready to go we should honestly be fine during these final two weeks. Same goes for Fatukasi. Again, as long as we're putting up points offensively I think we're in every contest with Lawrence. That loss in Detroit was a reality check for this team. They haven't looked back since really. We'll see what happens. Even in games where it fees like we should come out on top I still get nervous. One game at a time as they say. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky.
