Came here to mention it but got sidetracked. That catch was a thing of beauty. I'm really glad he has found success with the Packers.

I think Rodgers may need to consider retiring.

Green Bay is done with him. At least I would be were I still a Packers fan.

But Rodgers won’t retire. He’ll hang around somewhere until he’s let go so he can [BLEEP] and complain that he was run off of the team because he’s Aaron Rodgers.

Likely^^^ I've enjoyed watching him and the Packers over the years but players need to know when to end their career on a high. Looking at you too Tom Brady.

This game is better than I thought it would be. Marcedes looking good. I can't believe he's still in the game- 17 years! I remember meeting him and MJD at a Jags event their rookie year. They were both really nice and glad to be in Jacksonville.

Rodgers is still a good qb. He can play for another 5 years if he wants.

There were a lot of interceptions.

Four interceptions per team according to NFL site.

Personally think its hilarious how the Dolphins are faltering with how much they spent and/or how hyped and smug most of their fans have been. Still might make the playoffs mind, but will be hilarious if they don't.

Looks like the Broncos have mailed it in.

There’s no way the Plowboys win that game yesterday if Hurts was playing.  They completely ignored Minshew as any sort of running threat.  If I had to watch him do that handoff and stupid phantom pass on the RPO one more time I would have broken the TV.  That took a HUGE chunk out of Philly’s playbook.

That and they really thought they had something in Wilson. Seattle knew that they were doing, dude is done.

I just saw the score for the Rams/Broncos. Sweet Christmas, what the heck happened? I think it was 24-3 when I stopped watching. Is Mayfield and the Rams that good? Wilson and the Broncos that bad?

One of my friends is a huge Rams fan(To his credit, he is from St Louis so just kept following them when they back to LA lol) and he said Rams played decent tonight but more on how bad the Broncos played overall, and of course helped by Wilson being horrific throwing 3 picks giving them good field position and the Broncos backup QB throwing a pick also. Broncos are gonna have to do a lot of evaluating, both HC and QB wise, this offseason for sure.

Just thinking of the disaster we averted by not hiring Nathaniel Hackett.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

Had been hoping they won out to get the 5th seed. actually. Not possible anymore.

I don't see how he isn't 1 and done after the season is over. That team is a mess.

They're stuck with Wilson though.

I disagree entirely.  The Eagles still put up 34 points, which should have been more than enough if their defense is as good as advertised.  There's not enough drop off from Hurts to Minshew for Hurts to be MVP imo.  I feel like the MVP should be elevating the team to heights it couldn't reach without him, and I just don't feel like that's Hurts.

Denver is an absolute dumpster fire.  It's upsetting to have lost to them.

Back to overrating Minshew again I see.

He had 3 turnovers and put up 27 points (7 points were from a defensive TD).

Eagles win that game by 20 with Hurts.

Am I alone in feeling like this weekend of football is just taking too long? 4 days is just meh.

We can agree to disagree.  Not having Hurts took away a gigantic part of their normal offense.  If you couldn’t see that…wow.  The offense put up 27 btw.

Absolutely agree.  Not having Hurts allowed Dallas to concentrate on the running backs.  The Eagles are a run first team (including Hurts).  They were held to half of their season average with 80 yards and three YPC.  Ripple effect this killed their ball control game.  LOL, what good is a supposed RPO if you just hand it off every time?  Hell we had 190 against the girls.

It was just a long weekend in geneeal with football starting Thursday, last minute Christmas stuff Friday, football and family/Christmas on Saturday, family/Christmas Day and football yesterday. I'm tired!

Plus it was positively frigid all weekend here in NC and is not going to warm up much today.

I want to do nothing today. Can't get motivated.
