If a Judge rules in her Favor, that will mean that a FETUS is a Person. Therefore, anyone that performs an abortion is commiting the crime of murder. This will set a legal president that will ultimately declare that abortion is illegal under any circumstance.......

She had better hope that she can gain release before the child is born. After that, she's got no leverage. They'll lock her up (or worse), and remand the child to Child Family Services.

There are plenty of pregnant women in prison. There is no way any judge would set a precedence by ruling in her favor.

Unbelievable. Also, you can’t get into arguments these days. You don’t know who might pull a gun. It’s better to just stay quiet and get home safely, or you can pull your gun also I guess if things get too heated. Goodness.
