Schedule speculation thread - 2023

Hoping they schedule Carolina vs Jags in London.

Our fanbase deserves to have our feature home games here in Jacksonville. Those would be the Chiefs, Bengals, 49ers, and even the Titans.

At some point you just have to let go of what you thought should happen and live in what is happening.

As long as they save most of the home games to happen after Halloween - I'm good with pretty much whatever.
I think we'll host at least two matchups that look good on paper right now, plus the normal divisional stuff, and a couple of games that don't move the meter much.

The Bills in London would be great because that is Buffalo's home game.  I'm sure they'd rather play the Jags in their crappy home stadium in the frigid late December weather.

Aside from the London game, we already know our home schedule.

We know the opponents, not the schedule,  and we don't know which one we lose to London yet.

Although we don't know for sure, I've seen almost everyone mock the Bills game as one of the London ones.

They reported on 1010 that Cowherd Colon is saying the Jags win more than 10 this season. Barring injury to TL, I think that’s a given.

Bills have played in London a few times now. I think that's why the assumption is London will take the Bills game from Jacksonville.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

Prediction: We only get one primetime game, and it's the Chiefs.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

I got the Jaguars winning 12 games and in the battle for home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

Yeah I’m of the opinion that it will be 1 or 2.  I know we’d like to think last season will lead to more, but I don’t think there’s an appetite nationally for Jaguar football yet.  Win the division again this year and that should change next year.

I hope they give us a bunch of 4pm games though.

From a football perspective, I would rather the Bills game be at a neutral site (London) versus in Buffalo.

From a fan perspective, I don't like 9am games.

I really hate when the game gets blacked out. Hopefully that doesn’t happen for once this season.

Don’t drink so much on Saturday night and 9am will not seem so early.

if jags get any primetime games on monday night football it will be either the Ravans or Panthers. Probbly  Ravans cause use to be in same division.  no way NFL will give Jacksonville more then 1 primetme game.
