For what it's worth, I was listening to NFL radio yesterday and Alex Marvez had Ryan O on to discuss the Jaguars.


They touched upon the Monroe trade and Ryan said that early on during last season the team made the decision that they would not be re-signing Monroe at the end of the year due to his poor fit for the scheme.
