I finished "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel." Great show. Amazon Prime.

Agreed, it was a great series.

Netflix is releasing "Swamp Kings" about the Gators 2006 - 2009 football run with Tebow and Meyer. Should be a good watch.

I don't ever want to see Urban Decay's Meyer's face again. Ever.

I've started watching Lucky Hank with Bob Odenkirk in the lead role. It's a good show. It's a black comedy. There are a lot of actors in it I recognize from shows like Breaking Bad, and Silicon Valley.

You've gotta love the range of events considered a sport. If you have a look the event starts at about the 25 minute mark.

Similar to lost. It has a good story and starts out well but then they forget about the actual mystery part and just focused on the characters.

The ending does wrap it up but none of the why questions are answered.

I bailed but my wife stuck with it.  She said it got a bit better after being weird for a while.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

The father character really started to annoy me.  Just couldn’t take him anymore.

Got a recommendation from a friend to watch Yellowjackets. What a subversive show that is. Best I can describe it is sort of like a weird cross between Lord Of The Flies, Mean Girls and Lost. Lol.

I watched the first 5 episodes of Tulsa King on Paramount, and quit. It's not a good show.

Finally finished watching all three seasons of Deadwood. I was bummed when I realized that it just ended with no resolution to the story lines. I thought it was an excellent series and was kind of shocked they just ended it. Reading some online stories, I wasn’t the only one that was disappointed.

They attempted to tie it all together in a nice bow with the 2019 movie, but it fell fall short. Bummer.

There's only a couple more episodes, you should finish it out. You can't take it as a serious show though. Embrace the absurdity of it and enjoy the probably unintentional comedy.

I watched it after season 2 just finished. I didn't think I would have any interest in it but it did have flow to keep it interesting.

Hopefully they have an ending written and know how they are getting there. They need to have answers for all the crazy, mysterious stuff but I'm guessing it won't be answered.

That’s where I’m at as well. The first season left so many things unanswered even though you had a general understanding that they definitely resorted to cannibalism. But the intro slides had these people sporting wild [BLEEP] animal heads. which made you wonder how they are going to segue into to that since they didn’t seem even close to that point after s1.

What was weird to me about s2 was they just started tossing characters in to the present timeline that they gave no inclinations had survived the woods. One of the chicks was a main character in the woods and you never saw her at all in s1 as an adult. That gave me the impression they are really shooting from hip as far as how they are writing the storyline

I like it. There's always going to be unanswered questions early on in a mystery box style show, it's the nature of the beast. I think they're actually doing a pretty good job of answering some questions without giving the whole thing away from the get-go.

It's not unusual for a show like this to introduce a new character or two in subsequent seasons. I could name a half dozen just off the top of my head. For this show, since you've got the past and present being shown at the same time, the slow reveal of the characters is just a plot device that allows them to show who survived with a little bit of intrigue that keeps people guessing.

Anyway, I think it's more about the descent into barbarism that happened to them over a period of time, more than the elemental mystery of the wilderness itself. We get to watch the descent in a slow burn and simultaneously see how the experience impacts the characters in later life (obviously some of them are still wacko).

Which streaming platform carries that one?

Loved that series.
Definitely one that was robbed of a proper conclusion.

What's even worse id when a good series ends a season on a cliffhanger only to be discontinued.
Seen that a few times. Happened to an AMC series I liked around 10 years ago IIRC and another called "The Bridge" that may have been on FX.
