Colts haven’t won a game in week 1 in the last 10 years

First off, Tony Wiggins knows his stuff.

The Colts guy said the they are 0-10 in the last 10 seasons in week 1. Also he said the Colts haven’t won in Jacksonville since 2013.

These guys are a looong way from the glory days of Peyton Manning, Edgerrin James, Marvin Harrison. Dude almost sounded like he can’t believe the Jaguars are going to crush his dream for the next 10 years. You can hear the depression in his voice. I had to deal with Manning all those years so I don’t feel bad for him.

Read something today on Richardson. Colts fans are wanting him to sit for a year and let him learn. Minshew could see action early in the season if Richardson isn’t ready to go.

I’ll be keeping tabs on him throughout training camp. I would rather face the rookie instead of Minshew.

Yeah Minshew will have a chip on his shoulder to play the jags .

I was thinking the same thing. I would be more worried about playing Minshew and the Colts than Richardson and the Colts.

Not threatened by Minshew at all. He's past his mania days. Go back and look at some of his games last year when he had to start in place of Hurts. He went 0 - 2 in those starts and played horribly. Throwing a pick six in one of them and a redzone pick in another. He's still scrappy, but, our offense should be able to outscore Minshew and the clots in week one. If not? We deserve to lose it.

Goal one with them is slowing down Taylor and not giving Pittman free releases at the line of scrimmage. The expectation should be the defense plays better with a few second year players hopefully stepping up and Caldwell being more comfortable and fluid as a play caller.

I agree with goal 1. Taylor is my #1 concern. Taylor has played the Jaguars 5 times and is already one of the top rushers in the history of the Jaguars. Eddie George is number 1 followed by Henry #2.

Didn’t they tie week one last year?

lol @ manning never winning a super bowl for the colts

dude has reggie wayne, harrison, and freaking edge as his primary weapons and could not get it done. Also had a very good tight end forget his name

that's literally 4 hall of famers

I meant with THAT colts team, that's my fault I thought I stated that.

while technically corrrect (It was Dominic Rhodes that carried the horseshoes), Manning does have a ring with them, maybe the most forgettable SB ever, if not for the halftime show.

There's a new QB that is going to run the AFC South, we remember knowing we had to compete for a Wild Card each year since the division was already decided because of Jug Head.
