The 4 down linemen for the colts were aligned so that there was no one over LT or RG 
They lined up: 
over in-line TE outside of LT
over LG
over Center
and over RT 

Batch's guy blew right past him, Fortner's guy blew right past him and smacked the crap out of Lawrence immediately on release

Scherff was helping the RT and Strange was supposed to come fill the gap an ILB might shoot but tripped on Harrison's feet Little had nothing to do as Farrell blocked the end for him and Batch's guy wasn't in range (inside)

Fortner and Bartch got killed and it affected the pass

I’m going to disagree on this one. If Fortner was expecting help and Scherff didn’t help then it’s busted from rip. It still doesn’t explain why there are 3 Colts in Trevor’s grill and Scherff ain’t blocking nuttin

If it is a screen, there are very few players going to block for the intended receiver.  Both TE's have blocking assignments at the line and all the linemen stay at level one. 

I think Bigsby is just the check down here.

When have you ever seen a TE pull to the middle of the line to pass protect? He was supposed to be the receiver not a pass blocker.

It was a busted screen.

Dude watch the play.  The entire line blocks right and Trevor starts rolling left before he sees the pocket has collapsed and he needs to get rid of the ball.  Scherff wasn't there to help Fortner.  Honestly looks more like it's on Bartch/Farrell and maybe Little(?) than on Fortner.  Kind of looks like they wanted to get the defense flowing right so they could hit Strange on the rollout to the left.  Strange getting tripped up basically ruined the play.

Yeah

Farrell's block would have ideally not have moved him that deep
Fortner's shouldn't have gotten him that deep that quickly 
Bartch's - same as Fortner
And Harrison would have to be ideally a touch stronger at the point of attack for this to work

The play design just got wrecked everywhere.

It really does look like that A gap between Center and LG was the intended path for Strange.
I think we saw them do this last year but I'm not certain. Could be a new wrinkle. 
(more often he'd run behind the whole OL I think)

Strange was the passing target. Had he not been tripped but instead stepped through the line, then TL would have dumped the ball to him and he would have had a 7 or 8 yards of clear space. Strange isn't looking for a block, at all. His eyes are firmly fixed straight ahead of his body as he anticipates a break in the line to step through. Meanwhile, the middle linebacker had stepped too far forward chasing the DL's. But Strange caught Harrison's leg and that was that.
