These are isolated incidents. They clearly didn't affect the presidential election. The voting machine malfunctions in AZ were also just a coincidence as the new Democratic governor in AZ makes election changes in her state.

Ukraine wants all of their territory back. Russia is not going to accept that at this point. NATO wants the remainder of Ukraine to be under NATO protection. Russia is not ready to accept that either. Fighting will continue, but perhaps at a lower intensity than before.
