I think this is what some of the loyalists don't understand. It's not about one mistake every now and then. It's about a consistent trend of stupid turnovers.

They don't watch the team, they watch waiting for Trevor to make a mistake.

Because no other QB's have thrown picks or made a bad mistake.

Ok.. that's not fair.

Trevor is a good QB, but he's not consistent enough when it comes to ball security.   Last year people were complaining about D Prescot being a turnover machine.   

This year...and in his first season...Trevor turns the ball over too often.    It's either on Trevor, the wide receiver coach OR the receivers...but Trevor is definitely not blameless.

The Jags aren't going anywhere without Trevor...but they also aren't going anywhere without better ball security from every single Jag (Trevor included).  And it's not arguable that ball security is the most important in your QB.

He's NOT without blame. But there IS some context that is being overlooked. We know there were a few weeks he probably shouldn't have played due to the specific injuries he tried playing through (maybe even this week...). We also know they have been vocal about players not being in the right position for whatever reason (missed audibles, wrong route, just not on same page as Trevor on option routes...). Also, he has 2 INT today. That one to Engram should NOT be considered an INT, but it's just how the blame is placed. Engram absolutely should have caught that, twice. He failed, twice, to catch that ball and popped it up into the air allowing the pick. There have been a few of those this year as well.

And we may just have to learn to accept that he is going to turn the ball over at times. There are a few HOF QBs I can think of who were known to be turnover machines...
