And now, of course, the uneducated know-it-alls on the left can say he was convicted. Nothing to see here. Please move along. Meanwhile, Granny is in jail for walking through a building she was invited into by capitol police.

A Wisconsin court has sided with Republicans, finding the use of a mobile voting van in the 2022 elections to have been illegal.  The suit alleges the van was only sent to Democratic areas.

This is just the kind of forward thinking that really shows you what democrats are about. Power. I mean, empowering voters... yeah, that's it. It's democracy like you've never seen democracy. Sorry if Republicans are stuck in the past and don't know how to use cars to get the poor and uninformed to vote for them.

That's a quote from gospel singer, James Cleveland. Joe Biden is just "plagiarizing" Hillary's pandering to black folks.

He almost certainly cooperated in ways that allowed them to find and convict others.
He's not a fed.
He's just repentant and cooperating.
Surely this isn't the first large scale prosecution you've followed?

"Former President Trump’s legal team suggested Tuesday that even a president directing SEAL Team Six to kill a political opponent would be an action barred from prosecution given a former executive’s broad immunity to criminal prosecution."

So I guess Biden can do the same.  According to Trump's lawyers, Biden could have Trump killed and be immune from prosecution.

FIFY.  Conspicuously absent from the Democratic governor's plan is any talk of harsher penalties for repeat offenders.

Immunity and Pardons are so idiotic.  I mean, could Biden really be immune from prosecution AND ALSO, if Hunter Biden would take a similar action, can Biden really pardon Hunter if he is found guilty of killing a political opponent.   Heck, if I'm Hunter Biden, I request they find me guilty of all existing charges so he can go to jail and be pardoned while Joe is still in office.  Am I missing something, seems to easy to take advantage of our whacked out system.

Very disturbing.
There is the question of the oath of service, to obey lawful orders. Any member of the military receiving such an order would hopefully determine it was unlawful and refuse to carry it out.

But still, it's obvious that while a President can not be criminally prosecuted while in office, it's equally obvious that he becomes liable, perhaps criminally, for any unlawful orders he gave while in office.

Nixon resigned and didn't run again.  For anything.  So Ford said it was best for the country to pardon Nixon and end the prosecutions he was facing.  Ford didn't say "We can't do this." He said "It would be a bad idea and it's better to move on." Likewise, Biden going after Trump in court is divisive and hurtful.  If Trump simply promised not to run again, and spoke of moving on from January 6, it would make sense for Biden to pardon him, on that condition.

Joe probably pardons Hunter towards the end of his term.

Canada is the canary in the coal mine. It's what happens when you elect a sociopath that's all in on the global agenda. Newsome is our version of Trudeau, and I hope the Hurricane's of this world don't show up to vote.
