Offer the compensatory 3rd and extend him for probably cheaper than someone will throw at Ridley.

Would prefer him over Gabe Davis.

I'd prefer myself at 36 with bad knees over Gabe Davis

If that happened, it would be a Clemson trio.

I don't think we'd have to settle, there's a lot of talent at #36. We'd have to trade either down or up to get there, but it's likely doable on draft day.

I meant signing myself at my current 36 years old over signing Gabe Davis in any capacity lol

I'd pay Higgins as a rental for two years max. He'd have to come in cheaper than Ridley, too. He's going to decline fast because he's not a burner and is already getting dinged up.

Anyone know what Fortner was ranked as?

dunno if he even made "also receiving votes" list.

Defensive Tackle is still a HUGE need.

Other than Josh and Travon, we didn't hear anything about anyone else in the defensive front seven last year.

The Jags were good against the run for the first 8 games of the season...then we started playing more physical teams and that went out the window.
Black Jaguar: Yeah, it's a thing.

It was always the Jags!!!!

I said before that he is one that I would likely resign this year, assuming he's inexpensive.  I like his versatility.  He can play anywhere on the line except center.  That's important in an offensive line depth player.  No, you don't want Hance as your starter, but he can get you through a game when there's an unexpected injury.  Not every signing is going to be a starter.  You need second and third stringers too.

Think you'll see the Jags go after Uche to help with the pass rush.

Pass rush, WR, NT, and Corner are the 3 areas we need to look at in FA imo.

Eff it. Go all in.

Sign Hunter. Keep Ridley. Trade a 2nd rounder for Tee.

Draft CB in round 1.

I'd love to see Danielle Hunter + Calais. Then draft a DT and you are set for the Dline.
