For the record, I do think Israel is committing a form of genocide. I have zero problems with people who are protesting their policies, as they are clearly enabled by the US. Israel clearly want Palestinians out of Gaza. I don't think it's rooted in hate, but they have a Hamas problem and are tired of being vulnerable. Ultimately, I blame Hamas for the situation, but it sucks that innocent women and children are dying. War is hell, though.

Death to Jews is not ok. It's not protected speech. Use the right words.

I get protesting. I really do. What I don't get is protesting at a location that is considered private property where I can be arrested for protesting. If I'm arrested it kind of disrupts my ability to protest. 

I don't get why people resist arrest. That makes things worse by adding another charge(s) to your arrest. Just go with the cop, nobody gets hurt and you likely just have one charge against you for trespassing or whatever it would be considered. 

If I were the parent of a college kid who wanted to attend a protest march/rally and I was paying for that kid's education, that kid had better be sitting in class during class hours. Protest on your own time, not on my dime. And if they were justifiably arrested they'd have to figure out how to get out of jail. Actions have consequences.

It's not really protesting.. It's a job to them because they're being paid.

Prolly a career.. Gender studies degree and all.

I'm just saying if I had a kid in college who got caught up in protest fever they'd better do it on their time.
