Weisselberg is already in Rikers prison for related crimes, and the prosecution didn't call him because he was going to say it was all his idea.  

This case against Trump simply shouldn't have been brought.

But it does show how, even if you give Trump the benefit of the doubt and say he never ordered anyone to do anything criminal, the best you can say is he continually engages in areas of business where crimes are committed and promotes people who are willing to commit crimes to help him.  He is not a person that a wise person would trust with anything.

I'm just gonna go with my gut on this one and not read an article.

Congress ordered this particular stash of oil to be sold as part of the latest budget deal. Biden only has discretion over the timing but it has to be within the fiscal year.

From what I’ve read, lawyers say it’s a good idea because it eliminates the possibility of the long weekend interrupting closing arguments. I think it’s a fair decision.
