The rest of government has elections.  Not quite the same.
Term limits for judges are a good idea. 
Age limits for judges, members of Congress, and Presidents should also be considered.
But to reduce corruption in Congress, term limits are not the best choice.  Ranked choice voting and non partisan redistricting would have much better impacts.

Yeah I'm saying an age limit would also be a good idea for Presidents.  
If we got non partisan redistricting in all 50 states we could start to contemplate better ways to elect Presidents too.  Right now it is unthinkable to encourage 3rd party candidates to win electoral votes because no one likes the procedure in the US house that starts when no candidate has 270 electoral votes. We need to look at that, make becoming President more about finding compromises than about pissing off the "right" people.
