After Trump campaign staffers took video and photos at sector 60 of Arlington National Cemetery, they posted a video in which Trump said "for 18 months we lost no one."

Similar to when Biden said no Americans died in Afghanistan on his watch, it simply isn't true. Trump forgot about fallen service members. There was no 18 month period during his term where no Americans died in Afghanistan.

There was a 17 month period where no Americans died, but Biden was President for 7 of those months.

When I lived in Germany there was a list of off post establishments that were off limits to active duty due to them being popular places Turks liked to go. One of my ex's soldiers got an Article 15 for going to one and getting his [BLEEP] beat and a broken arm because he didn't listen to the door man's warning that Americans weren't welcome.

To be fair the Turks have never liked Americans. When I lived in Germany there was a list of off post establishments that were off limits to active duty due to them being popular places Turks liked to go. One of my ex's soldiers got an Article 15 for going to one and getting his [BLEEP] beat and a broken arm because he didn't listen to the door man's warning that Americans weren't welcome.

It also may be shaped by world events at the time. We did a port call in Marmaris, Turkey around 2000 and were treated well.

However, there are always places and establishments off limits just about everywhere.

Yep, this is only the beginning.  My greater fear is that we all wake up one day, only to be informed that our 401k or bank accounts have been wiped clean by hackers.  I'm not certain how that would happen but I'm certain hackers are trying their best to obtain our key withdrawal information, duel authentications, etc. to trigger mass transactions some day.

Yep, this is only the beginning.  My greater fear is that we all wake up one day, only to be informed that our 401k or bank accounts have been wiped clean by hackers.  I'm not certain how that would happen but I'm certain hackers are trying their best to obtain our key withdrawal information, duel authentications, etc. to trigger mass transactions some day.

This is why [BLEEP] is getting out of hand in the West with immigration and laws being passed to silence and arrest any shred of protest (it's happening right now in the UK), while people are getting stabbed to death or seeing their loved one(s) raped.

Actually, my take was independent Russia and we more diverted toward the dang Nigerians and others that are doing everything possible to hit our investment accounts but I did find your tangent to be quite interesting.
