What election got overturned?  

Will Congress and judges allow other candidates to overturn elections?  They are the safeguard built into our system of government.  If they allow ANYONE to overturn an election, aren't they a greater threat to democracy than any individual candidate?

If you look at his numbers, though, he still doesn't have the EC numbers correct and the popular vote % win is too high for <1% separation. If Trump wins all those states, the EC numbers should be over 300.

I agree. Using the electoral vote certification process as an opportunity to overrule the votes from the people is extremely dangerous and risks civil war.  This is true whether you're talking about January 6 2021 or January 6 2025.

Generalissimos don't drop out of the sky.
They take advantage of ineffective or unpopular democratically elected governments.  We have that! Someone could take advantage of it and become the generalissimo.

Trump is not in power now, but I am concerned about what he would do if he got into power again.  What would the 2026 or 2028 election look like with him in power?

The Democratic party is a private club that has been given free use of state elections machinery to conduct its private elections.  Same is true of the Republican party.  You're comparing apples (general elections) to carburetors (partisan primaries).

Maybe we are sheep, but if we are, there are two shepherds fighting over us.  They both want to shave us and occasionally eat some of us.  The civil war would be between them, but they will each use their sheep as cannon fodder.
