No outside pass rushers since Jermaine Johnson went down (good luck beating the Bills and Chiefs with no pass rush). Garrett Wilson and then no other WR that teams fear. A decent OL that is one injury away (Tyron Smith always hurt) from disaster. Breece is very good. A 40 year old QB who had a torn achilles and needs to hold up for 20 games in order to win a SB and a coach who is so average he's basically Jeff Fisher.

And yes, anyone who doesn't pick the Chiefs to win it all is looking for clicks. Even when the offense had a down year last year, they still won it all. Until someone proves they can beat them in the playoffs, they'll be the favorite every single year.

What paper do you speak of?  They have a guy on their roster whos name is Will MdDonald and hes a 1st round draft pick.  Hes been very good so far this year off the edge.  They also have Lazard and Mike Williams, a very nice trio of WRs.  Breece's backup Allen is also pretty damn good.  ARod is looking pretty good early on and will likely improve as the season goes on.

Just because you are a Chiefs fan and the Chiefs are the favorite doesnt mean everyone thinks the Chiefs will be the first team every to win 3 in a row, no team has ever done that.  Kecle is about to be 35 and if his play declines the Chiefs arent winning this year.  Blocking Chris Jones will be the key. Mahomes still needs 4 rings to catch Brady lol

Currently the best way to beat Mahomes is at night when he is asleep. I am not saying it cannot be done, but my way has better odds.

Careful! By pointing out the obvious, you might get labeled a Chiefs fan!

I wouldn't really say Mahomes, I'd say the Chiefs.  They are loaded but a 3 peat hasn't been done yet so we shall see.

It's the Chiefs until somebody can knock them off. I think they got faster and better on offense this year. It's their defense that should also concern people. Spags is the modern era Dick LeBeau. He's just too good of a DC and as long as he has Chris Jones upright and healthy he can continue to scheme however he pleases.

The only way to really beat the Chiefs is by keeping Mahomes off the field, and even then, he's capable of smoking you quickly. The one team that can beat them is the Bengals and Burrow. He just seems to have better luck against Mahomes in head-to-head games, and, they damn near beat them last Sunday had it not been for the defensive PI that set them up in FG range.

LOL whatever.

 A. You have to give them a tip of the hat based on what they have been and appear to so far be.
B. It is not often I get the chance to work in a quote from the movie A Knight's Tale.

So good all around.

On paper, they are interesting. Until they put big wins on the field, they're just a fantasy team.

If a team picks the Jets as a SB favorite they are looking for Clicks?  Lol.

I guess Leon Seracy is looking for clicks on the radio when he took the Jets to win it all.  You don't know know what you are talking about once again.    You would have to know what their roster looks like to understand they could be a real contender.

There are no Alpha teams this year and a number on teams could win it.   That team is loaded at all levels. When someone predicts what team they think will take it all they way they don't give a [BLEEP] about clicks lol.

So if anyone says any team other than the Chiefs they are just looking for clicks?

TIL, Searcy is "a lot of people"

So far they've beaten the 0-3 tacks by a tuddie and the 1-2 Pats in a game where they almost had as many penalty yards as the D allowed.

If Rodgers finds his rhythm and can stay healthy, they might have a shot, but thusfar I see them as no more serious a contender than the tinhorns or phins - two teams that draw the eyes on paper, and maybe even the occasional highlight reel, but haven't shown enough to say with confidence that they get it done when it matters.
