Monday Night football prediciton?

#61

I just started last week as well. Not an avid gambler or better by any means. However, if you're confident in your knowledge in general, and, can afford to spare $10 here or $25 there? [BLEEP] it, why not?

The fact that they let you build your own parlays is wild to me. I am tempted next Sunday to check the over/under on rushing yardage totals for the QB position.

I might go after a 5 hit parlay with just QB rushing yardage if I think the usual guys like Jackson, Richardson and Allen can get 30+ each or 50+ each, depends on what they set.

Guys like Daniel Jones, Jayden Daniels and Jalen Hurts can make it interesting. So can our guy, Lawrence. In big games? If they have Lawrence for, let's say, over 15 yards rushing? I would take that bet. I could see him getting 30+ rushing tonight and a rushing TD.

I despise the fact that gambling has taken over professional sports and is seen as reputable. That the NFL actually has people on their pre-shows talking about betting is unseemly and gives credence to the belief that the games are rigged.

I agree. It's fun for me at the moment. However, it did get my gears turning the other day. A good example is when Singletary yesterday opted to lay on his back at the one yard line to take more time off the clock against the Browns.

If you bet the over on the total points line you were [BLEEP] there. Would have been a massive payout for some folks as well because there's a good chance people bought into Cleveland's win over us Vs. New York continuing to struggle.

I won't trust the "experts" as much moving forward though. I took the under on Drake London last night in receiving yards. Was one of the three misses on a parlay I could have won. I also had another three game parlay based on total points scored. I got the score right by going under with the Steelers and Chargers, I got the spread right with Baltimore winning in Dallas, and then I got royally screwed by taking the under in that Packers Vs. tacks game.

Again, would have been a massive payout had all three games hit. The Packers Vs. tacks game kept me from flipping a $25 bet into a $450 win. It makes me think the zebras CERTAINLY play a direct role in these games now and those questionable calls and jokes about betting lines in Vegas make even more sense now since I am actually betting for the first time in my life.

If offense lays another dud tonight then there needs to be changes on the offensive side of the staff.

I would replace

Harrison
Schreff (the whole right side)
and if he keeps playing Mediocre and cannot elevate the team Lawrence. I have seen enough in 4 years. If Lawrence does not start playing better it might be time to ride the pine and think about it.  I know how unpopular opinion this is but I would take Sam Darnold over Lawrence right now and that is sad.

Panthers pretty much proved their problem was Young. It doesn't matter for Jaguars because there's literally no way we would let Mac start unless Lawrence is injured.

And who are some of the people talking about it? Former players. As if they haven't made enough money or got enough attention from the game and they can't [BLEEP] off or speak out about it to ensure it for later generations. Pathetic. I'm just about done.
