You can't expect to get the call.  You have to play all out till the whistle.  

That's how good teams play.  We don't play through the whistle.  We play through to what the play is and then just kinda loaf it untill the play ends.  We're a soft team.  And that's all on coaching.

Its a motivation thing. They have no motivation to play beyond getting paid. No desire to be the best or to win. A coaches job is to motivate. Doug has completely demotivated this team.
