There's not much you can do though. You can fire Baalke today. It won't change the roster nor the depth chart and coaching staff. You can demand Pederson take over full control of the offense.

You can start hiring a team of consultants to find your VP, GM and HC going into next year. The sooner you do this, the better. You will have months of data and analytics to look at with historical context to vote "Yay" or "Nay" on specific names from various backgrounds.

Khan is always laste.

Look how long he held onto Dave Caldwell and Gus Bradley. Those two had historic level losing records and still took him years to fire him. I was Surprised when he let old Urban go. I think Khan means well and wants a winner but his loyalty is his downfall. Loyalty is good in life but not great for business or sports.

The coaches definitely need to start playing the younger guys to see who should be part of the nucleus going forward. Cooper Hodges, Walker Little, Prince, Jefferson, Maason Smith, Washington and Bigsby all need to be given more playing time. This team is obviously not going to the playoffs- looks to me like 6-11.

There are some good players on this team like Foye, Cisco, Allen, Walker and Engram. Harrison can become a good left tackle if able to stay healthy. As far as Lawrence goes, he is still capable of being a top 10 q.b. if given better protection. Right now, his confidence is at an all-time low but he and his big contract are not going anywhere.

The roster has- franchise Qb in 4th year, excellent weapons, tons of high priced free agents, #1 overall at DE, 17.5 season sack at DE, quality special teams, 1st round RB, lock down CB on big contract, top MLB, the insane amount of draft picks Baalke has had at his disposal past couple seasons. The team has gone 9-8 the past 2 years while adding to the roster. No coaching changes except for DC. A Super Bowl winning HC at the lead.

All of this in consideration- last night was the WORST loss in franchise history. By far. Can’t remember a “playoff quality” team playing like that without significant injuries. Something is deeply wrong. Very deeply wrong.

This team has gotten worse every single week since the Bengals game. Pederson has no answers. Baalke has no answers. The offense is so stale. The secondary is decimated. Kirk looks lost. Gabe looks slow. BTJ Good! Trevor looks off in the pocket. OL continues to suck. Linebackers missing assignments. Receivers dropping passes. Engram is hurt.

It's only week 3!

For me, I'm firing Doug. I'm firing Baalke (should have been done a long time ago since he's a snake). I'm firing Taylor. Making McCoy the interim HC and having a pass first offense which feeds BTJ as the #1 WR.

Yeah and then your QB either sails passes, throws picks, and or dies behind his terrible o line.

Do you mean like an outside audit of the entire football organization like the Bob & Bob from Office Space? If so, is that like football minds? Former players, coaches, FO people? 

Not saying it is bad idea. I'm just confused how exactly that would play out and how it could actually help. Shad has know he doesn't know football for awhile, but his fatal flaw has been consistently trusting the wrong football people. I would worry about the consultants he would choose to help him make any decisions.

That's it. That's really it. If Lawrence is as good as advertised? Dimitroff and Spielman will build the team around him, address the weaknesses and get the team back on track. Would expect a good coaching staff is hired and a good roster is built, the correct way, via the NFL draft.

I don't know what radio personality I was listening too, but that's essentially what the Commanders ownership group did when they bought the team away from Snyder...  They apparently brought in some consultant group that helped them make Front Office hires, etc...

It’s a defensive scheme issue. You can add Buster Brown to that list. When you know the defense is in man, you can target specific players. Lloyd, Muma, and Brown are getting that tail tore up. What about Armstead, who was signed a big contract to sure up the middle is he even starting? 

There becomes a disconnect when the players want to run a different scheme. It seems to be the same thing with Trevor and Press.
