Or, we just need our offense to play like a group of savages that are desperate for a win and then our secondary can just sit back and relax a little bit with our front seven being able to pin it's ears back for once to be in pass rush mode.

No Tank Dell for the texans is huge.

Are we not going to mention the wounded Jags fans? Especially the ones who bought tickets. Their wallets hemorrhaged for nothing. At least yet.

Good thing we have linebackers coming out of our [BLEEP].  Nico on the report with a Hammy as well.  I'd bet he doesn't play.

As much as I've bashed Baalke for the Miller pick, and to a lesser degree the Muma pick, I'd happily eat all the crows if those two actually start a game and play well.

As much pressure as the offense has put on the defense doesn't surprise me how banged up they are.

You wouldn't have to eat crow because it's still bad process.

Miller was a really good pick in the 4th, I'm just hoping he has the cast off his hand so we can see him at full health. I liked Muma coming out but Nakobe Dean, Christian Harris, and Leo Chanal were all on the board he he was taken. Chenal had a 9.99 ras. Baalke loves traits and measurable and then passes on the LB with the 4th highest ras of all time. Chenal is one of the best LBs in the league now lol. Hopefully Muma has a career day Sunday.

Why did Baalke not draft Chenal when whe loves ras, traits, and size? Chenal would be the prototypical type LB. But he's a very good LB so Baalke can't take him. [BLEEP] Baalke is a horrendous GM

Exactly. Could easily flip the logic around and say that had Baalke done a better job scouting he could have had better OT's or OG's by now in this starting line-up instead to where the offense is actually good enough and capable enough to NOT rely on it's defense to keep the games within reach for them.

They have to be good G or OT though.  Just drafting a G or T is a trash pick if they suck.  For example, if we drafted Petit-Frere where we took Muma, that would have been a horrible pick and hes one of the worst RTs in the league.  If we took Chenal where we took Muma that would have been a great pick.  Just taking lineman to take lineman does no good if they suck.  Get the best players wherever you can get them.

Draft and develop. We're not doing neither correctly though, so, who knows what the end results would have been by now. We can only judge what we have unfortunately.

True, but some players just aren't good enough regardless of who is trying to develop them.

Looking like no Tank, Mixon, or Dameon Pierce for Houston

We're still gonna lose by 20

We're without Oluokon and potentially Lloyd from what it sounded like today on the radio. BIG, BIG opportunity for Muma and Miller here.

I'm assuming we'll know more after today's practice report comes out. I read it was a hamstring injury so who knows. My guess right now would be he plays but like I said, today's report and Demeco's comments should tell more
