The wheels have fallen off and Doug, in his depressive state, has hidden the lug nuts where no one can find them. Khan will continue to advocate for patience because he really doesn’t know what else to do. And Baalke acts like he’s in control but couldn’t care less because he’s getting paid regardless. 

This team is so far gone with injuries and lack of leadership that the most we can count on is a whiff of occasional mediocrity. The bus to football hell is an express, and it has a Jaguars logo on the side.

I think Pederson is a good coach, i think Trevor has all the talent to win it all. I think Travon Walker was the most talented player in that draft. I don't understand how the Jags are where the Jags are.

My best guess is 31-20 bad guys, but I'll continue to hope for a miracle return to some semblance of competency.

I think if they lose ugly again we start to see heads rolling at the bye-week if not sooner.

There's no desirable and clear path to hire qualified interims from within the organization unless you like the idea of:

McCoy as OC (last time he ran an offense was 6 years ago and it was not a good one, but it's do-able)
Nielsen at HC
Kris Richard at DC (he is qualified)
