It looked like he was hitting or getting a hand on Stroud almost every time on the last couple of drives.

Trevor had a garbage half, the 2 misses to BTJ and miss to ETN on 3rd down.

Same with our guys. Sure Diggs is in the upper echelon of receivers but talent is talent.

BTJ is a rising star and Trevor has missed him on what should have been pedestrian throws to make in the NFL for massive touchdowns in the first half.

The one the announcers even pointed out BTJ didn't turn his head around to see that the ball was already in the air otherwise it was thrown to an area only he would have caught it at. That one wasn't on TLaw.  He missed one in the endzone.  So did Stroud just a moment ago.  Sailed one over a wide open Nico.

When was the last time that HE was "on"?

It's been a long [BLEEP] time since we saw a competent performance by him. And it's been since last Thanksgiving since he's been part of a win.

This is all on the secondary. JHA is there but the secondary can’t cover long enough for the sacks to happen.

If we make the plays that they give and we are ahead in this game. Despite terrible defense. At least we're fighting in this game, keeping it close is something to be said after last week..

We are a gifted TD away from this being another laugher. Offense stinks defense is worse. I’ve never seen worse coverage in the secondary in my 25 years of watching the NFL. People are wiiiiiiide open every single play.

The second half of this game is the season. Lose this game and we are officially done.

And judging by what transpired on the play itself, BTJ was running wide open behind his defender so a competent QB would have made the proper adjustment in pass-depth to ensure a would-be major gain/potential TD on that play.

tinhorns were gifted 4 points as well.  Don't forget that part. And gifted by the opposition versus gifted by the refs aren't the same thing in my book either.

Agree.

If the offense actually started making plays (namely our QB), we can win this game.  The play calling and the O-Line have been good.  It's been complete meltdown by Lawrence so far.  Of course, there's a good chance that this team will come out in the 2nd half and just completely have given up.

It's up to the coaches to really focus this team to play better.

Exactly. Suddenly every Jag sucks all the time. Time to pump the damn brakes.

Trevor doesn’t suck. He needs to improve. Settle down. Get some better coaching and an Oline. I fear he might become Derek Carr, or worse David Carr. But he ain’t there yet.

Josh is fine. He’s close almost all the time. He needs to close.

Travon isn’t bad. He’s everywhere in the run game and driving his guy back on passing downs. He just needs to finish.

Hunter and Anderson have done no better against our trash OLine.
