The biggest indicator Doug has given up is when he talks about players leading or coaching leading. He says when coaches lead, the team is average, when no one leads, the team is bad, and when players lead, the team is good. Well this team is BAD, which means nobody is leading. Why isn't Doug leading this team to at least mediocrity? Because he is burnt.
