I don't think anybody is saying it's ALL play-calling. Players have to execute. But, you cannot deny that play-calling has completely hampered this offense this year, often for long stretches of the game (or even the whole game).

It’s amazing to me how bad this defense is. I was in favor of the 4/3 but clearly there’s a reason I’m not a DC. And clearly Nielsen shouldn’t be either.
