Ray Agnew for General Manager along with Ben Johnson as the HC/OC from DET. James Liipfert for General Manager along with Bobby Slowik as the HC/OC HOU. Mark Azevedo for General Manager along with Chris Hewitt as HC. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky. I start cleaning house in London for this [BLEEP] show. Even if we luck out and beat the Pats that's not good enough. Everyone needs to be fired regardless even if we beat the Pats or not. I'd wait till the end of the season though unless they want BB.

Only coach to make it to season 4 was Marrone and that's solely because he took them to within a play or two of the SB. This is Pedersons 3rd season, and the team has regressed each season. He is well in that window. But, Khan doesn't tend to fire mid-season. He will do it at or very near the end of the season most likely. We show less advertisements to registered users. Nielsen sucks. Can't sugarcoat it for him. He was praised for his work in NOLA, but, he was the CO-Defensive coordinator there. It was still Dennis Allen running the defense and coaching the whole team. He had one decent year under his belt last year with the Falcons but there wasn't anything there really that would make you think he was some type of rockstar hiring.
Pederson sucks. He doesn't know defense for [BLEEP]. He needs a quality, former head coach type that can handle the defense for him. No different than what Andy Reid has done with Spaggs in KC and it was no different than what he did with the Eagles when he had Schwartz. This team is cooked. They let the Bears bully them just like they did the Panthers last week. The Panthers have their excuses for that. We don't. Those losses to BUF, MIA and CLE really sting now when you consider how poor those three teams have been playing lately. It's time to uproot and replant something new to grow. They suck. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky. Let's get this clear - this is NOT a talented team. I don't get why people keep saying this. There are no star players to build around, unless you count Trevor and he's likely been ruined by the Jags organization already. JHA and Travon Walker can totally disappear for games at a time, the LBers are average at best and the secondary is awful. BTJ is the only WR worth keeping around. The O-line is horrendous. Engram is past his prime and overpaid. Strange is average. The team has a ton of cap money tied up in players that are past their prime and underperforming.
The only good thing is that there are only 32 head coaching positions in the NFL, so at least one good coordinator can be lured to the Jaguars next year. IF Baalke is gone. If Khan keep Baalke around then all bets are off.

Some may even see the job security here to be highly desirable. It's the one silver lining to Khan being so reluctant to fire people.

Too much public pressure now and that stadium deal will add even more pressure to make a change towards the end of this year. Doug's negligence with the defensive side of the football, coupled with Baalke's exuberant spending and draft investments made on that side of the field are overwhelmingly concerning and the offense being the ultimate Jekyll and Hyde or Groundhog offense make it even worse. There's just not enough good laying around to hang our hats on with this football team. They need a culture shock, a clear identity established and we need to move on while we can. I have seen enough. Tired of giving Pederson the benefit of the doubt and I am especially tired of seeing Baalke blunder what's left of Lawrence's potential prime years. The fact that we're seeing this offense stall out like this while other QB's like Caleb Williams, C.J Stroud and Jayden Daniles are flourishing should also be raising everybody's eyebrows. We have "some" talent on offense that's very easy to build around. We have "some" talent on defense that's very easy to build around. We just need the right team builder and coaching staff to build it and cultivate it. The longer Khan puts off the inevitable, the longer his pain and anguish will burn amongst the fanbase. He should be embarrassed and feel humiliated at this point. This team has made him look like a fool. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? Engram had almost 1000 yrds last year and had over 100 in his first game back. He's a top 5-7 TE. He's in his prime and last year was the best of his career
