The problem with this statement, is most are saying this. WHICH would indicate Baalke has done a good job if you believe the roster is good. So if most are saying this, which they are, what do you think Khan believes? What do you think Baalke is saying to Khan?

This is not a roster devoid of talent and good players. You may think that but it just is not so.  (unless you are the smartest person in the room, we had a GM like that once)

Qb? No. 
RB? No.
WR? yes! BTJ 
TE? Engram can pick it up, he's good enough.

Dline? No. 
LBs? Yes, Foye is that dude. 
CBs? Campbell COULD be if he stays healthy, hasn't shown the best ability which is availability yet though. 
S? Worst I've seen. 

Special Teams? Our long snapper I believe was first team all pro last year that's cool and helps absolutely nobody. Our 1st team all pro would be the long snapper go figure. 

Ok, let's talk roster depth. We've been the team with the worst record in the past decade. Flip side to that is we are the team with the best picks in the last decade. So we should have a dang good roster right? Baalke masterclass? Not so much, depth is horrid. 

The sooner people realize the team is not as talented as you perceive it to be, the sooner maybe Khan wakes up, the sooner maybe Baalke can pack his bags.

Hines Allen on pace for 5 sacks on the year.

Some dudes get paid and then lose all their motivation to keep going. Happens all the time. They feel they have reached the pinnacle, so the burnout finally hits and they stop caring. What's the motivation to keep proving yourself once you've hit your life goal?

Honestly I don't blame JHA, it's the scheme.  Nielsen is just flat out awful the and the worst D coordinator in the NFL.  JHA is dropping into coverage or sitting o the sideline on key passing situations.  It's mind-numbing.

This is accurate.  The Panthers and Patriots roster is worse, but not many besides those two.  Fans always tend to overestimate the strength of their own team.

Not a single good coach will work under Baalke and that was apparent during the hiring process. Apparent to everyone except Khan. Who has a track record of... Mularkey, Bradley, Marrone, Urban ("I got it right"), and Doug Pederson ("No, I got it right this time").

We played a competitive game against a solid team. It didn't end how we wanted (again) but it tells me the team is capable of playing with the decent teams that of which we have coming up. At least before half the team left with injuries..

2024 Andre Cisco is horrific. I never thought going into a contract season he'd have this type of year. I really liked him under Caldwell. Nielsen either has him waaaaaaaaaaaaay out of position or he has fallen off on a whole new level.

Dude? please refrain from putting words in my mouth.  It is not getting the response from me you want it to. It is not my fault anything is happening with Kahn. Also, I believe there is very little chance no matter what is written on this board it will influence him either. Your allowed an opinion, but at the end of the day that is all it is. I see what you are saying but like I stated I feel this is an average roster with a lot of young players.  It is not devoid of talent as you are portraying. We disagree. I have never said it was a good roster.

My concerns center around the discipline and attention to details of the organization Doug has put together. Doug appears to be a below average to average coach. He was in Philly for 5 years and one year he caught lightening in a bottle.  Much like we did in 2022. We had 3 games to end that season that turned on fluke plays to get us into the playoffs. Also the Titans had to lose like 7 games to close the season. Without that one good year in Philly he would have had a losing record. During that time he also had a young up and coming QB who did not survive his methods. It would be a crying shame to sacrifice TL and the talent he does have on the alter of this mess we now have.

Essentially what I've been saying for a long time.

The Jaguars just don't have enough difference making players. They have a good QB, a good young wr, a good te, and a few good role players on defense, but few alpha dogs.

Considering the Jaguars draft position over the last ten years it's amazing how good the Jaguars have been at finding the turd in the pile of diamonds.
