See, he broke the back board so they couldn't see how he shoots free throws...  Shaq a genius.

Maybe we should just apply a greater value when selecting players to the uniqueness of their name? Maybe they do and they just don't tell us.

off the top of my head Jags in addition to Jake Funk
Guy Whimper
Snoop Conner
Ikponmwosa Igbinosun
Jim Bob Cooter (coach)
Lionel “Little Train” James
Prince Amukamara

Long Ding would have been immediately measured by Baalke. Only to be disappointed.

The Steelers were in the process of trying to get a deal done for Christian Kirk before he broke his collarbone, per

RRH, Cam, and possibly Kirk. Makes you wonder who else the Jags have in mind before the deadline.

  • Today's moves, Hance is back. We also signed a funky RB and a cheesey (velveeta) WR
  • Signed OL Blake Hance from the practice squad to the 53-man roster
  • Signed WR Velus Jones Jr. to the practice squad
  • Released RB Jake Funk from the practice squad

All right!! Playoffs here we come!!

Hopefully nobody else. These trades get the jags almost nothing back.

I'm willing to chip in a few bucks to help absorb the cost of moving Darby Wink

The going rate for almost nothing is roughly almost nothing.

Would love to see Etienne traded to Dallas by the deadline for a 4th RD and 6th RD pick in next year's draft and maybe a 5th in 2026.

Wow, you really overestimate the worth of a declining running back on the open market. He's worth about the same as Robinson, a conditional 5 two years from now or a conditional 6th this year.

I'm pretty sure the post right above the one you quoted said exactly that... Ninja

I know I'm going to be the biggest [BLEEP] HOLE on this board for saying it... But I think ETN is suffering from some CTE...

His post game interview after the clot win when Tank exploded onto the scene was hard to listen to.  I wish they'd give ETN less reps this season and let his head clear up a bit...  We clearly rode him waaaay too hard for 3 seasons.  I feel really bad for him.  He's a good RB.  But he's clearly not the same, and I think it's something to do with all the head on contact he's endured since his rookie season.

(I'm ready to get flamed.  It's just something I noticed, I hope I'm wrong, BTW)

Maybe that's fair market value, but man I'd really need a 3rd to feel good about it.  4th and 6th rounders just have such a very low likelihood of becoming stars in this league.  ETN is down a bit this year sure, but it doesn't appear to be an over the hill type down to me.  It appears to be some unfortunate events occurring for him coupled with fewer opportunities to make up for it with the emergence of Tank, him missing some games due to injury and us getting into negative game scripts pretty early.  This is a league where you probably should have 2 good running backs rostered which I think we currently have.  I'm not overly excited to be creating another need that may or may not get filled next year and definitely not getting any extra excited over a 4th rounder for a guy that's under contract through next year and might contribute to a comp pick anyway if we allow him to walk.
