I only hope that the margin of victory (either way) is sufficient to leave no room for reasonable doubt, though I suspect that's probably wishful thinking.

Harris couldn't manage a Chik-Fil-A on a Sunday.

To be fair, she won’t be expected to manage anything. She’s just another meat puppet who will be directed by the unelected machine on what to say, do and sign. She’s nothing more than a marketing tool, and is fully aware of it.

Just like me at that age...

Why would an 11 year old kid care about politics? Did you ever think that maybe that is what is wrong with you?

It's called neurodivergence, [BLEEP].
Yes, it's hereditary.
No, it's not "wrong".

I always knew it was unusual.  My parents talked about politics in front of me a lot, and I knew most kid's parents did not.  I figured that's why I cared so much as a kid.  My wife and I made a conscious decision to talk about politics as little as possible in front of her and her brother.  Turns out that doesn't matter.  She was wired to care out of the womb.

Let us hope for the sake of America, for the sake of democracy, and the sake of common sense that Donald Trump wins easily.

She's been an unquestioning puppet on a string, until today, but President and Commander in Chief are heady titles and once elected, she's there for four years.  What if she tries to think on her own and rebels against the machine?

All of which begs the question, who has been the mystery person behind the curtain while Biden has been wandering the White House looking for the Oval Office?
When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.

It's hardly a renovation. Lol. At least not a 'luxury' reno. Fascia board on our outbuilding is rotten so we're having to replace it, the drip edge and the soffit.

Y'all having fun yet?

Also, eggs are freaking expensive!

As much as it pains me I actually have to side with Mikesez here. Neurodivergence is a real thing be it autism, Asperger's, ADHD, bipolar disorder, etc., and it is definitely inherited and it will affect how you experience pretty much everything.

In all reality, nobody could manage a Chik-Fil-A on a Sunday as they forbid their employees from working on Sundays.

I love living in a very rural area in the country.  We get eggs from a very good friend of ours that has a bunch of chickens for free.  It's actually too many for my wife and I so we end up giving some to family and friends.

Nothing is better than fresh eggs straight off of a farm (pasture raised) and milk straight out of a cow's teet.  None of that pasteurized/homogenized nonsense.  In return we provide a BUNCH of fresh fruits and vegetables that we grow (oranges, grapefruit, corn, squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.).  One of my goals this winter going into spring is to take some of the wild blueberries and grapes that grow all over our property and plant some into our garden where we can manage them and keep the critters out of them.

Nah --- Dems won't do what the Republicans did in 2020.  We definitely don't "worship" Harris.  In fact, moving on to Shapiro in 2028 is a relatively great option that would likely no be available if Harris wins in 2024.

PREDICTION:  Trump wins by a tight margin in PA but carries GA, AZ, and NV more handily to win by a decent margin in the total electoral count.

Advanced congrats to those supporting Trump on this board, which I have no issues with and will support the results within our democracy.

So, have you completely forgot the "Not My President" protests of 2016?  You know with the riots, fires, outbreaks of violence ect?

If the right were smart they'd do everything they could to eliminate abortion from the voting booth. Last election married men went for Trump about 58/42 and both single men and married women went trump around 54/46. But single women went biden 70/30. And unlike men who have multiple issues of equal concerns, polling shows that for the average voting woman, abortion rights is far and away the singular issue they focus on. Take that away and even if their support drops from 70% to 60% that would kneecap the left.

Looking at rough averages of a numbers of polls, somewhere around 10% of americans thinks abortion should be illegal in all circumstances and 15-20% think it should be legal in all circumstances up to birth. Which leaves about 75% or so that are okay with abortion but with restrictions. Pretty much all of them are good with the usual exceptions health, rape, incest, etc... which means the only question is around when should be the cutoff for elective abortions. Most polling I've seen on average have that somewhere around 15 weeks.

Congress should pass a law granting 15 weeks plus the usual exceptions. Every four years, non presidential cycle, we vote if we want to move that cutoff a week or two higher or lower. It'll never be an issue for the right unless they elect a pro lifer for president who threatens to overturn it. But they'll never get the votes for it unless they've done a good enough job swaying the electorate. Which would require a major cultural shift.

Now I don't think that'll happen because abortion is too valuable a political tool. Left desperately needs it for votes and both sides need it for fundraising. The right would lose some of the single issue pro life voters but it'd be a catastrophic loss for the left.

Even if trump wins, which I'm not confident, and especially if they lose, they need get bipartisan support and enact this.
