I'm not counting on anyone spectacular..

We've turned into the raiders, only for GM's and coaches..

Jacksonville.. Where coaches come to die.

I think it would be attractive.  The GM can pick his own coach.  We'll have a very early draft pick, extra draft picks and extra future draft picks.  We have an owner that's willing to spend big money on free agents.  The owner also has a track record of being very patient with GM's in the past.

Agree with this.  Jacksonville is a very attractive place.  But it's only attractive for a young and hungry type of personality that wants to build a career.  You can't just get a retread, because they won't have the passion to build the culture correctly.

Look at Detriot.  They were a trash franchise for decades.  It took brining in a young and hungry front office to turn things around.  It's just a matter of making a good hire.  Shad can't do it by himself.  He needs to bring in a team to do the search for him.  A team that is Jacksonville first that thinks of Jacksonville as something special, instead of just a place...

Everybody and everything associated with this franchise is terrible (including me).

This team is defeated as a whole.

Shad has to do it by himself ultimately anyone who is brought in the assist or advise is chosen by him

Both are good answers.. But, this is the Jags. What they should do, never aligns with what they actually do.. But, I do agree.
