Yeah, but my point is that whoever Khan is choosing won't necessarily be a success just because he was it at his previous job. With Pederson there were signs but that's what we will have to accept from the next HC too.

I wrote a page on why the Pederson firing in Philly had little to do with Press Taylor and Doug's loyalty to Taylor here is owed to the fact that he's running Doug's offense the way Doug wants it run, and that hasn't changed much in 3 years. You can reference NYC's analysis of the play calling last offseason to see that almost nothing changed in the way the offense runs from 2022 to 2024. This idea that Taylor is the downfall of the Pederson regime was latched on to 2 years ago and it's not more true now than it was then.

This team has a talent deficiency along with a head coach and GM who don't get along. If you look at history, this was a match made in hell as both men have a history of this kind of conflict in their pasts. It was practically inevitable that this would happen.
