I know Putin has been making lots of threats about using nukes, but I can't see any effective way for him to use a nuke in the current conflict.  Nuclear weapons are great if you want to wipe out entire cities and kill millions of people, but they have very limited, if any, usefulness on a battlefield like the one in Ukraine.  Would he really be willing to wipe a large city off the map if Ukraine uses long range missiles to, for example, hit an arms depot in Russia?

Could happen, not out of the realm of reality, but until you look at it the impact is never known. I am waiting to see how this one plays out.

It will happen if there is a cap. People can’t get car loans, but everyone can get credit cards. So, with the cap, the companies won't be able to make enough to cover the default risks. They will have to stop offering cards to the risky people.

It will stop people from becoming slaves to their credit card debts, but they may not like having to use cash or debit cards now.

I imagine credit card rewards programs and card benefits will likely be shrunk as well.  That's how they fund the majority of those things.

They delayed sentencing which is hardly surprising . The case was not overturned.
