I think this is going to be one of the most important departments in our nation's history..
https://twitter.com/EricLDaugh/status/18...5fdFg&s=19 NEW: Vivek Ramaswamy - who is co-leading the Dept. of Govt. Efficiency - just perfectly laid out how Trump can use swift, executive power to demolish the bureaucratic state "First is - we want to go right in through executive action to do the failures of the executive branch that need to be addressed." "The people who we elect to run the government - they're NOT the ones who actually run the government. It's the unelected bureaucrats in the administrative state - that was CREATED through executive action... it's gonna be FIXED through executive action." @VivekGRamaswamy and @ElonMusk are going to gut the HECK out of the administrative state. ? "That can be achieved without Congress. Score some early wins. THEN you look at those bigger portions of the federal budget that need to be addressed one-by-one." "How can the president of the United States - who's been elected with a historic mandate - actually DO the things that voters voted for?" "They haven't voted for incremental change. We have voted for SWEEPING change, and the voters actually deserve to get it. And we're focused on how to do that as early and as quickly as possible."

BREAKING News: Trump has sent word to the Senate Majority Leader Thune that if the Senate doesn't confirm AG Gaetz, he will appoint him using the Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998, which allows for temporary appointments for up to 210 days, with a possible 210-day extension. This individual would not require Senate confirmation. Just wait and see what plays out. No telling, but I am sure it will be entertaining.

The constitution says they only have to write down the yays and nays on reports given to the President, usually meaning bills and appointment confirmations. Never for leadership struggles. They typically do yays and nays on committee work but the Constitution does not require that. The founders had experience with legislatures already and those legislatures were always fighting the king's appointed governors. They knew what they were doing when they let the legislators have a secret ballot in most cases.

Pretty good opinion piece regarding Gaetz..
https://x.com/simonateba/status/18588814...5jDIw&s=19 Some ask, "Simon, why are you defending Matt Gaetz?" I’m not. I'm just stating my opinion since the entire Washington, DC, establishment has suddenly decided that he’s the worst politician and nominee in American history and must be stopped. That's the worst in nearly 250 years! Meanwhile, all the crooks, corrupt politicians, and those orchestrating warfare at home and abroad are suddenly treated like angels. Yes, there are people in the House who may dislike Gaetz simply because he outshines them. How many House members can you even name? How many can deliver a coherent interview on television? Fewer than 2 percent. How many are active in their communities and online, connecting with people, getting feedback, and reacting to local, national, and international issues? Very few—maybe 1 percent. Many don’t even know Gaetz is a lawyer who has practiced law. Now, all nominees from the past—including those in the current administration—are being touted as “qualified” and angels, while Gaetz is painted as the worst. Women are coming forward, they have lawyers, and they’re granting interviews on NBC. It’s the same Washington. In Washington, you’re a good person until you’re nominated. If you outshine your colleagues, they hate you, attack you, and publish negative things about you. Having gone to court twice in the past months, I keep asking: Where is justice? Where is the law? If the so-called “good guys” are in charge, why is there no justice? So, give me break. I’m not against anyone making accusations, but it’s worth noting that these accusations and reports often surface at the most convenient times. Anyway, this is just my opinion, not an article. Peace in America!

"Innocent until proven guilty" and "beyond a reasonable doubt" are what we use to decide "should Matt Gaetz be in jail?". We use looser standard for "should Matt Gaetz be appointed as prosecutor?" Musk knows this. He's playing you, or himself, or both.

There was definitely some evidence though. We should find out how much.
