I know this is all hypothetical and not a reality but I'd rather see Mexico become part of the US, while keeping their traditional values.  However, we'd go in and totally revamp their policing activities and destroy all of their drug producing activities.   Mexico's coastline and mountains are incredible.

We can't control the flow of drugs now in this country, they're in schools, prisons and everywhere under the sun so....... How the hell do you think we could eradicate the cartels without using military force??????
