Giggling gassy Baalke writing up a text to Shad about how elite Cam Little is and he drafted another all pro (along with BTJ). Two all pros from the rookie class, has Baalke farting and gigglin all night.

I will always respect Doug for the disaster zone he walked into and how quickly he turned it around. It was as bad a situation as we've had and he did a great job getting back to back winning seasons. Sadly since the 8-3 start last season we've been in a nosedive and unable to get out of it. We've lost 18 of the last 23, 1-8 on the road and last in D. 

This season has been really bad and the team looks a shadow of the team of the the last 2 years. We've not played well once all season, we've not improved or looked like we are fighting. Doug looked broken as the season progressed and so did the team.

Thank you Doug, I always respect you for what you've done here but I just can't see next year being a turnaround with the same staff.

Baalke, get the [BLEEP] outta here.
